I’m so excited to finally launch my first LIFTING PROGRAMS!

My Midlife Muscle Advanced Gym and Home programs are 4 week programs that include a 6 day lifting split. The focus is progressive overload so you will be increasing weight over the course of the 4 weeks! They are available through my app which you will find very user friendly!

The Intermediate gym and home programs are four days with an optional fifth day full body. There are two days lower body and two days upper body (push/pull).

The Beginner Program home and gym is the same split but less and more basic movements. 

This is a dream come true and I’m so excited to help you build muscle and feel amazing in midlife!
