How to Build Sexy Shoulders!

It’s full on Summer/tank top season!! Let’s show those sezzy arms!!!

My current lifting split has me doing three upper body and two lower body days every week with lots of walking in between! In addition to shoulder day, I do back/biceps, chest/triceps. Remember to eat 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight DAILY to get the gains. Drinks tons of water and drop the alcohol. Limit sugar! Message me for any questions! alicia@themidlife-maven.com

Here is my current shoulder day routine:

  • Standing Military Press – 4 sets of 10-12
  • 3 way shoulder raises – 4 sets of 8
  • DB upright row – 4 sets of 8 Superset with single DB upright row 4×8
  • Cable Face Pulls – 4 sets of 10 reps superset with bent over reverse fly 4 sets of 8
  • DB single arm side lateral raise – 4 sets of 12 each side
  • Seated Shoulder Press – 3 sets to failure
